1 bunch of fresh mint, leaves removed 5 C filtered water Raw honey (optional) Ice, for serving Fresh mint sprigs, for garnish Instructions Remove the mint leaves from the stems. Wash, rinse, and dry the leaves, removing any dirt particles. Heat the filtered water. Place the mint leaves in a strainer over a medium-large bowl, and pour the hot water over the leaves. Make sure the leaves remain submerged in the hot water. Cover with foil and let steep for 5-10 minutes.
