• 1/2 C extra virgin olive oil + more for coating the baking dish

• 3 large eggs

• 1 C maple syrup

• 1 1/2 tsp baking powder

• 3/4 tsp baking soda

• 3/4 tsp sea salt

• 1 tsp ground cinnamon

• 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg

• 1/4 tsp ground ginger

• 1/4 tsp ground cloves
