Panko Chicken

Serves 4

• 2 boneless chicken breasts, sliced in half to make 4 pieces

• 1 C all purpose flour

• 2 eggs scrambled with 1 tablespoon water added

• 2 1/2 C Panko breadcrumbs

• Sea salt
