Oatmeal Banana Smoothie
1 frozen banana
1/2 cup gluten-free rolled oats
1/2 cup milk alternative of choice (I used Malibu Mylk’s Flax Mylk)
1/2 cup coconut water
1 small date, pitted
2 scoops collagen powder
2 tablespoons Tejari Organic Golden Banana protein powder
1/3 cup ice
Instructions
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
