Chaga Maca Latte
Serves 1
1 C almond milk
1–2 shot espresso
1/2 tsp chaga powder
1/2 tsp maca powder
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp ghee
1 tbsp coconut oil
Honey, to taste
Coconut Whipped Cream (optional)
Instructions
In a small saucepan, pour the almond milk, espresso, chaga, maca, and cinnamon. Add the ghee and the coconut oil. Turn on the heat to low and warm until hot, but not boiling. Stir in honey to taste and remove from heat.
Using an immersion blender, blend until frothy. Pour into your favorite cup and top with cinnamon and coconut whipped cream.
