Cacao Chia Seed Pudding
Serves 1
3/4 C almond milk
1/4 C chia seeds
2 tsp coconut sugar
2 tsp cacao powder
1/8 tsp cinnamon
1/2 vanilla bean, scraped
Pinch of sea salt
Optional: goji berries, unsweetened shredded coconut, cacao nibs
Instructions
Pour the almond milk into a bowl that is large enough for mixing. Add in all the other ingredients and stir for a couple of minutes until the ingredients are well combined and the pudding starts to thicken.
Eat right away or refrigerate for a couple of hours to get a thicker pudding. Top with goji berries, unsweetened shredded coconut, and cacao nibs.Â
